i had a lovely stay at cruise! the room was very nice, big, and clean. the bed was super comfy, and the spacious bathroom was a great plus. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. breakfast had lots of options and was nicely refilled. the big parking area was perfect for traveling to como.

The room was super spacious and surprisingly quiet, making it a nice retreat after a long drive. We enjoyed the relaxing outdoor areas and the peaceful garden, perfect for unwinding. Just a heads up, there were some minor issues with the bathroom drainage, but overall it didn't ruin our stay. 😊

We recently stayed at this hotel with our large family, including a small baby, and it was just what we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a night during our journey. Plus, the location allowed us to explore nearby golf activities, which was a nice bonus!

In my wife’s opinion, the extra charge for the baby bed was surprising. Better arrangements for families with little ones would be a welcome improvement.

Spacious executive triple room with comfy bed and quiet atmosphere. The large bathroom comes stocked with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Breakfast spreads include cooked veggies, assorted pastries, and three coffee machines. Super helpful reception staff even guided us to a car cleaning spot before our rental return. Free parking available, very handy for trips to Lake Como.

Ideal for families on the go

We stayed one night because it was on the way from Switzerland to Turin. The beds were comfortable, I mean comfortable enough that I almost didn’t want to leave the room in the morning. The breakfast was exactly what we needed, plenty of options to fuel up for the long drive ahead. The staff were quite friendly.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable for a family trying to get some rest on the road.

I loved the free parking and the comfortable, spacious junior suite. The hotel was a great stop for our trip, close to the motorway and perfect for visiting the nearby shopping center on a rainy day.

Perfect match for a short weekend trip in Montano Lucino with outstanding value. The underground garage made parking super convenient for us. Definitely opt for the breakfast, it's worth it!

We enjoyed 18 holes of golf, and the terrace and garden were perfect for hanging out. Don’t miss visiting Golf Club Monticello or Villa d'Este Golf Club if you're into golf. For shopping, check out the Armani Factory Store and FoxTown Factory Stores. The breakfast was on point, and the staff really went the extra mile to help us out.

One downside was that the coffee kit in the room was quite limited. We could only get two coffee bags for our stay, which felt a bit stingy, especially for a group traveling together.

The Executive Triple Room was spacious and clean, perfect for us. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better. The restaurant had delicious food, and we loved the convenience of parking right at the hotel.

The location isn't ideal for visiting Lake Como directly.
